I got nothing done. I started out looking around online for a good place for writing prompts. I asked the Tale Foundry discord, and they had some excellent suggestions, but the more I looked, the less I liked. I went out to work in the yard, moving stuff around so I could cut the grass. When I was done, I came inside to do some work, and the internet was down. All my current work is in the cloud as well as my connection to Grammarly. It just came back before I started to type this. Yeah.
I am in the middle of reworking an old set of stories to put together into a new book. It follows a young man you wouldn’t want to travel with (shipwreck, hijacking, and a trip into the middle of nowhere). Parts of the story were thin to fit within the original medium, so I have a lot of freedom to make this 14,000+ story into something worth publishing… I hope.
Back to work. I will have an original story tomorrow.
